Sulphur is the natural enemy of black spot and powdery mildew on roses. Before the 1968 Clean Air Act Sulphur levels in the atmosphere were a lot higher so as a result of this the diseases on roses were very uncommon. Sulphur Rose is very effective in protecting your roses against these unsightly diseases and getting the best from your roses.
In early spring roses should be sprayed thoroughly giving the rose a protective sulphur film in which the fungal spores are unable to germinate. This will then eliminate the attack. During the flowering season roses should be sprayed every month and reapplied if there's heavy rainfall.
One 250g box of Sulphur Rose will treat 20 roses for a whole season.
